Job Requirements

  • Minimum possess Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate effectively with people of all levels, has good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, independent and able to work in multicultural environment
  • Able to bring a point-of-view and defend work and gives and takes constructive feedback
  • Physically strong, meticulous, has sense of sorting or organizing, multitasking
  • Willing to travel during weekends (events, roadshow etc)
  • Possess own transportation (car)
  • Language proficiency: At least fluent (speak & write) in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow the company’s guideline to develop and maintain compelling product showcase & display in stores, events and e-commerce platform.
  • Conceptualize designs such as display, POSM, poster, signboard, cabinet etc that follow the themes of launches and promotions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team in planning on the display, POSM, poster, signboard, cabinet.
  • To travel from time to time and assist in displaying and ensure displays are up to standards.
  • Allocate visual merchandise items to respective stores.
  • Liaise with supplier and vendors for printing, creation and building, visual merchandising supply items etc.
  • Liaise with designer for design.
  • Assist in basic maintenance work in a store, e.g. repairing woodwork, repainting fixtures, changing of malfunction lighting and etc.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure all fixtures are in good condition.
  • Any other duties as may be directed by the Store Manager from time to time on maintaining store visual merchandising.
  • Other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Retail Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced trainer to join our team at Ai Home. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our sales associates and store managers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and demonstrate our IoT and smart home devices to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs on IoT and smart home devices, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  2. Ensure that all sales associates and store managers are fully trained and knowledgeable about our products and services
  3. Provide ongoing training and support to our sales team to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest products and industry trends
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
  5. Work with store managers to identify training needs and develop customized training programs as needed
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a trainer in the retail or technology industry
  2. Strong knowledge of IoT and smart home devices
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Ability to create and deliver effective training programs
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Manage and lead the development and enhancement of distribution centre strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs.
  • Manage the distribution centre operations to ensure the fulfilment of orders and distributions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage manpower resources and utilization, and plan critical resources in advance to ensure efficient distribution centre operations.
  • Manage distribution centre operations to ensure the distribution centre is in compliance with good documentation practice (GDP), good manufacturing practice (GMP), quality standards and local regulations.
  • Institute and sustain quality control measures/procedures to ensure accuracy of stocks/inventory and prevent damage to goods whether in storage or transit.
  • Execute relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards.
  • Ensure the quality of the product and service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of distribution centres, distribution and transportation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Manufacturing Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, and Resource Planning.
  • Proven experience and know-how in cost efficiency/reduction andproductivity improvement initiatives
  • Understanding GMP, GDP & ISO will be added advantage.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/ territories.
  • Assign geographical sales territories and establish budgets. Cascade and monitor key performance indicator achievements. Evaluate team performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
  • Lead and monitor the progress of sales activities, including market hygiene versus client budgets and store call cycles. Implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.
  • Evaluate product gap analyses and product improvement proposals. Recommend new/enhanced product solutions.
  • Review sales reports and analysis. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Develop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Monitor department accounts receivable days closely and oversees collection trends.
  • Manage complex customer issues and recommend preventive actions to minimize future incidents.
  • Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies / Marketing / Economics or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years experience in a similar role with 2 to 3 years experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Field Sales Experience in FMCG is a MUST.
  • Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set.
  • Drive self-learning and improvement of team in the area of Field Sales and behaviour to achieve team/function goals.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
