Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the procurement process, developing strategic relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Relationship Management:
   • Identify, assess, and cultivate relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
   • Negotiate and secure favorable terms, contracts, and agreements.
2. Strategic Procurement:
   • Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
   • Analyze market trends, conduct supplier assessments, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
3. Order Processing:
   • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
4. Cost Control:
   • Monitor and control procurement costs, adhering to budgetary constraints.
   • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure received products meet specified standards.
   • Address quality issues promptly and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
6. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.
   • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
