Efficient HEPA filter
HEPA (High-efficiency Particulate Arrestance ) is often used in hospitals and laboratories to filter micron size particles. The Mi air purifier uses an ultra-thick Toray PP and PET HEPA filter to trap PM2.5, PM0.3, pollen and other inhaled particles, allowing only clean air to flow. The filter measures 7.7 m when fully developed and effectively filters out 99% of PM0.3 and 99.99% of PM2.5 particles.
Purification with activated carbon
Active carbon absorbs harmful gases that HEPA is unable to filter. Coconut activated carbon in Mi Air Purifier filters is among the most effective of its kind.
