Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, implementing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing the online customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations:
   • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce platform.
   • Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Digital Marketing:
   • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase online sales.
   • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to enhance online visibility.
3. Customer Experience:
   • Monitor and optimize the online customer journey, from product discovery to checkout.
   • Implement improvements based on customer feedback and analytics data.
4. Order Fulfillment:
   • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
   • Address any issues related to order processing and delivery.
5. Analytics and Reporting:

   • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce software and analytics tools.
