As a crucial part of our retail team, successful candidates will contribute to the overall success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
   • Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer solutions to customer needs.
2. Sales and Upselling:
   • Actively engage customers to promote and sell products.
   • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions.
   • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
   • Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate product availability.
5. Visual Merchandising:
   • Assist in maintaining visually appealing displays and product layouts.
   • Implement merchandising strategies to highlight featured products.
6. Cash Handling:
   • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
   • Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments following established procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
