Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product and Sales Skill Trainer to join our training and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the product knowledge and sales skills of our employees. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the necessary expertise to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:
   • Design and develop training programs focused on product knowledge and sales skills enhancement.
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Training Delivery:
   • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
   • Provide hands-on coaching to reinforce key product and sales concepts.
3. Sales Process Optimization:
   • Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
   • Implement training initiatives to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
4. Product Knowledge Enhancement:
   • Facilitate product knowledge sessions to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings.
   • Keep abreast of product updates and industry trends to incorporate into training programs.
5. Performance Evaluation:
   • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
   • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, product training, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
