We are seeking energetic and results-driven individuals to join our Roadshow Sales Crew. As a vital part of our sales and marketing team, the successful candidates will play a key role in promoting our products and services during roadshows and events. Key Responsibilities:

1. Promotion and Sales:
   • Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
   • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
2. Event Setup and Breakdown:
   • Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays and booths at roadshows and events.
   • Ensure a visually appealing and inviting presentation of products.
3. Customer Interaction:
   • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing product information.
   • Build positive relationships with potential customers to drive brand loyalty.
4. Sales Reporting:
   • Document sales activities, collect customer feedback, and submit timely reports.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
5. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in direct sales, promotional events, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and travel to various locations for roadshows.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move promotional materials.
