Senior Marketing Manager


  • Work closely with sales and BD team to plan and execute lead generation activities, effectively acquiring high-quality sales leads at reasonable unit cost and constantly optimizing channel/media mix.
  • Lead the platform user growth driven by marketing and communications activities, successfully creating effective campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Be the expert in advising key accounts on bespoke campaigns, plan and execute paid, owned and earned media that deliver high-performance campaign results and client satisfaction.
  • Create highly effective, professional and creative content in various formats to help improve customer/user experience, as well as improve community engagement.
  • Marketing budget management and able to prioritize initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Translate Marketing strategies into roadmap and execution calendars, develop and prioritise the initiatives, define the requirements of solutions, and orchestrate the concerted efforts from internal subject matter experts, and external agencies for successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with product and technology team to establish marketing automation / targeted communications practice, enhance our data collection defined by marketing use cases and innovate data-led marketing analytics.


  • Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, product marketing/growth marketing or campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools and excellent understanding of digital practices.
  • Have solid experience and track record in developing customer segmentation via an advanced analytic platform, conducting customer journey mapping with appropriate content strategy.
  • Highly analytical thinker who is able to identify key insights to make data-driven decisions and clearly communicate these to a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Project management skills able to develop an action plan, timeline and follow through.
  • Proven ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English – knowing a second language is a strong plus.
  • Strong influence management skills.
