Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that enhance the aesthetic appeal of our retail spaces, attract customers, and drive sales. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning environments that showcase our products and reflect our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Layout and Design:
   • Plan and execute captivating store layouts that maximize space and highlight key product areas.
   • Design eye-catching displays to promote featured products and seasonal offerings.
2. Visual Display Implementation:
   • Create and install visually appealing window displays to attract customer attention.
   • Arrange merchandise to create an engaging and seamless customer journey within the store.
3. Brand Consistency:
   • Ensure consistency in visual merchandising across all stores, aligning with the brand image.
   • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate promotional materials into displays.
4. Product Presentation:
   • Showcase products in an aesthetically pleasing manner, emphasizing their unique features.
   • Implement strategies to highlight product categories and encourage cross-selling.
5. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of products for display.
   • Rotate merchandise regularly to keep displays fresh and aligned with current trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of current retail and design trends.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in using design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to set up displays and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work is a plus.
