1. International Shipping
1.1 General Information
Aihome Malaysia currently does not provide direct international shipping services. We recognize global demand for our innovative smart home solutions; hence, many international customers have successfully arranged alternative shipping methods to have their orders delivered to destinations outside Malaysia.
1.2 Terms and Conditions of International Orders
Order Placement:
- All orders with a delivery address outside Malaysia must be placed using the standard ordering process on our website.
- Orders for international delivery will be processed subject to the terms below.
Currencies, Duties, and Taxes:
- All prices displayed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and credit card transactions will be processed in MYR.
- International purchases may be subject to transaction and currency exchange fees imposed by your bank or credit card issuer; these fees are solely your responsibility.
- Prices on our website include Malaysia’s 8% Sales and Services Tax (SST) for local consumption. This SST is non-refundable and is not zero-rated for international orders.
- Aihome Malaysia does not cover or reimburse any customs import taxes, governmental fees, duties, or any other charges levied by foreign authorities. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery and Responsibility:
- Products are deemed sold and the transaction is finalized once they are delivered to a designated delivery address within Malaysia.
- For international orders, after the order reaches our designated delivery point in Malaysia, any additional transportation, handling, customs duties, taxes, or fees for onward shipment to your international address must be arranged and are fully borne by you.
Alternative Shipping Solutions:
- We encourage international customers to coordinate with a local logistics provider, freight forwarder, or courier service to facilitate the international delivery of your Products.

2. Local Shipping (Malaysia)
2.1 Delivery Information for Local Orders
Delivery Coverage and Charges:
- Aihome Malaysia offers delivery services across all regions within Malaysia.
- Shipping fees for local orders are calculated based on the delivery address, dimensions, and weight of the package. You will be informed of the applicable shipping fees during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- We strive to deliver in-stock items within five (5) working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Same-Day Shipping and Self-Collection:
- Orders placed during our office hours (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM) may be eligible for same-day shipping via Lalamove, subject to stock availability. Customers must contact Aihome Malaysia in advance to confirm.
- Customers may opt for self-collection at no charge from any designated Aihome outlet. Prior arrangement is required to ensure product availability.
3. General Provisions
3.1 Shipping Responsibilities
- All risks associated with international delivery, including those for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or any additional fees imposed by foreign governments, are solely the responsibility of the customer.
- For local orders, risk passes to you upon delivery as described in our delivery confirmation; however, we work with reputable logistics providers to ensure that your order is handled securely.
3.2 Amendments
Aihome reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. The updated Policy will be published on our website and shall be effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
3.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
