International Shipping

Aihome Malaysia does not ship internationally. However, our products are in demand by customers all over the world, and we have found that many customers have found ways of shipping our products to overseas destinations.
This section only applies to our international customer (that is, out of Malaysia). For our customers in Malaysia, please refer to our section on local deliveries and exchanges.
As our products have been found in overseas markets, it is important to make clear the implications of these orders.


The following section spells out the terms and conditions of all orders made on our website. All orders that has a delivery address outside of Malaysia are subject to these terms and conditions.

Currencies, Duties, and Taxes


All prices indicated in our website, in the shopping cart, and in the checkout pages are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

Your credit card payment to us will be also be in Malaysia Ringgit.

Do note that most banks and credit card issuers will charge transaction fees and exchange fees for international purchases in foreign currencies. These are to be fully borne by the buyer.

Goods and Services Tax

All prices indicated in our website are inclusive of Malaysia's 7 Sales and Services Tax (SST), which is a tax levied on local consumption.

If you are exporting any of our goods, you do so at your own volition. SST will not be zero-rated in any case.

Goods Sold to Malaysia

Goods are considered sold and considered complete when the goods arrive at the delivery address within Malaysia. Any movement of the goods from then on is within the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Some of our products may include an option for installations. These installations are only valid within Malaysia. If the option for installation is shown to you as an international customer, please select the option without installation.
In the event that an international customer pays for an installation service, the installation component will be immediately considered null and void, and if requested, Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd will issue a credit note to the customer (that is, the customer may place a new order and use their credit note as payment or part-payment).

Returns and Exchanges

We aim to provide customers with a worry-free purchasing experience. If you change your mind on your purchase, you can request for a product return. Products sold can only be returned with the following conditions:
  • Returned products must be in its original, unopened packaging – including any protective packaging used in deliveries.
  • Returned products must be in packaging that is clean, free of dents and other imperfections and deformities, and fit for sale.
  • All sticker seals or plastic wrapping must be intact.
  • Products must be returned within fourteen (7) days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
  • Any free gifts or discounted products that were extended as part of a promotional package must be returned together if the returned product was a criteria in attaining the promotion. Gifts or discounted products to be returned are also only accepted based on the same conditions; if they cannot be accepted, the prevailing retail prices will be charged to the customer.
The following products will be rejected for returns:
  • If there are signs of tampering, resealing, or other forms of manipulation of the product and/or packaging
  • If the product is found to be missing parts, components, manuals, stickers, or labels
For all cases, please do NOT send items back to us without first getting in touch with us.
Shipping and Handling: the customer is responsible for all costs, including but not limited to shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes, of returning the products to Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd (the company which operates Aihome Malaysia) at V05-03-02, #rd Floor, Lingkaran SV3, Sunway Velocity 55100, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Before shipping the products back, please contact us to make necessary arrangements.
Accepted returns: When a return is accepted by Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd, the customer will be given a credit note for the monetary value of the products returned, which will include any product discounts, shipping discounts, or any form of reduction in prices extended to the customer for any reason. This credit note operates as store credits, that is, the customer may place a new order and use their store credits as payment or part-payment.
Any shipping fees paid, whether for the initial order, or for the return, will not be credited to the customer.
Rejected returns: When a return is rejected by Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd, we will notify the customer of the decision and have the product ready for collection by the customer, or we will bill the customer the shipping costs of sending the items back.
Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd's decision on returns is final and binding.

Cancellation and Changes

Once delivery has been arranged, no cancellation or changes will be allowed. You may cancel your order only if transport has not been arranged. However, do note that we do not process refunds. You will only be able to use your payment as store credits, that is, you can use it as payment or part-payment of another item from our store.

Problems with your order?

The section above on Returns and Exchanges applies to customers who have a change of mind. They do not apply to customers with problems on their order.
We’ll be happy to assist you if you are having any of the following problems with your order:
  • Damaged items or packages
  • Missing items in packages
  • Received wrong items
  • Didn’t receive items
In these situations, please get in touch with us so that we can make things right.

Problems with the products?

Our products are only covered by our local Malaysia warranty, which covers faulty products due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period (subject to terms and conditions) – IN MALAYSIA ONLY. This means that, if the item is shipped overseas, you do not enjoy any warranty coverage.
Despite this, Aihome Malaysia will gladly pursue a warranty on your behalf. However, the customer has to incur ALL repair costs (if any), and shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes in and out of Malaysia.
If you are having problems that are not covered by our warranty (such as not being able to set up a product), do reach out to us so that we can offer support.


We do not process and/or issue any refunds. However, we may do so in special circumstances, with an administrative charge. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd.

Fraud Prevention

In order to make shopping safer for our customers, we may send you an email to verify the authenticity of the purchase if:
  1. Billing address ZIP or postal code isn’t available, or does not match with credit card’s registered address.
  2. Credit card’s holder name does not match with Shipping addressee.
  3. Billing address and Credit card’s address wasn’t available or does not match.
  4. Multiple attempts were made to purchase with your credit card.
  5. IP address does not match the location of where the transaction was made

Shipping Insurance

When You Shop With Aihome, Rest Assured That Each Product Comes With Protect Insurance. No Longer Do You Need To Worry About Packages Getting Lost In Transit Or Receiving A Defective Item. Should Either Of These Occur, Just Notify Us Within 24 Hours And We Can Provide A 1-To-1 Product Exchange - Subject To Terms And Conditions, Of Course.


When Returning An Item After A Period Of More Than A Week, It Is Incumbent Upon Buyers To Cover Shipping Costs. These Charges Are Non-Refundable And Will Be Withheld From Any Refunded Amount. It Should Also Be Noted That Depending On Where Customers Are Located, Delivery Times For Exchanges May Vary.

Late Or Missing Refund

In The Event That You Have Not Acquired A Refund, Please Ensure That Your Bank Account Is Correct. Additionally, Contact Your Credit Card Company As The Reimbursement Might Take Some Time To Be Officially Posted. Should These Measures Fail And You Still Haven't Been Refunded, Please Get In Touch With Us At [email protected]​ For Further Assistance.


At Aihome, We Only Replace Items Defective In Manufacture Or Damaged Upon Arrival. Should A Buyer Wish To Exchange The Item For Another Of The Same Kind, They Must Contact Us At [email protected] Before Sending It Back To Us. Our Policy Allows For 1-To-1 Exchange Within Three (3) Days From Receipt Of Product; Beyond That Period, Scenarios Will Be Dealt With On A Case-By-Case Basis.


At Aihome, We Are Offering A 7 Day Return Policy For Any Items That May No Longer Be Suitable. The Buyer's Product Must Remain Unused And In The Same Condition As When It Was Received From Us. Furthermore, It Should Also Still Have Its Original Packaging Intact. An Administration And Transaction Fee Of 5% Or More Will Apply In Situations Where There Is Neither Negligence On Our Part Nor Issues With The Quality Of The Products.


Upon Receiving And Inspecting The Returned Item, Aihome Will Send A Notification To The Buyer Via Email/Message. This Will Confirm Whether Or Not Their Refund Has Been Approved. It Is Important To Bear In Mind That With Pre-Order Products The Estimated Time Of Arrival Given In The Description Is Only An Estimate Which May Be Affected By Customs Declarations, Flight Delays Or Other Unforeseen Events - Customers Are Therefore Advised To Contact Us Should They Have Any Queries. The Refund Can Only Be Received After 30 Days Of The Stated Estimated Delivery Date. Should The Request For Return Be Accepted, Then The Process For Receiving A Refund Will Commence And It Should Be Completed Within 14 Working Days With A Credit Automatically Being Applied To Either Their Original Payment Method Or Card Used.
