**Please Take Note
Deposit and Site Visit Quotation:
- A deposit of RM300.00 is required for a site visit quotation.
- If the quotation is accepted, the RM300.00 deposit will be utilized as payment.
- In the event of non-acceptance of the quotation, RM200.00 will be deducted for the site visit trip, and the remaining RM100 will be credited for purchases at Aihome Malaysia Shop.
- It is important to note that the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Travel Expenses for Installation Jobs:
- For every installation job, a minimum charge of RM200.00 will be applied for travel expenses, based on the distance traveled.
- The minimum cost per quotation is RM2000.00, inclusive of travel expenses for the trip.
Installation Procedures:
- Installation will commence upon full payment.
- A fee of RM200.00 for the onsite visit and associated travel expenses will be forfeited if the client fails to show up on the scheduled appointment date.
