Deposit and Site Visit Quotation:

• A deposit of RM300.00 is required for a site visit quotation.
• If the quotation is accepted, the RM300.00 deposit will be utilized as payment.
• In the event of non-acceptance of the quotation, RM200.00 will be deducted for the site visit trip, and the remaining RM100 will be credited for purchases at Aihome Malaysia Shop.
• It is important to note that the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Travel Expenses for Installation Jobs:

• For every installation job, a minimum charge of RM200.00 will be applied for travel expenses, based on the distance traveled.
• The minimum cost per quotation is RM2000.00, inclusive of travel expenses for the trip.

Installation Procedures:

• Installation will commence upon full payment.
• A fee of RM200.00 for the onsite visit and associated travel expenses will be forfeited if the client fails to show up on the scheduled appointment date.
