Despite taking a while to be shipped as the seller is waiting for the shipment from China to arrive, the delivery service was satisfactory and installation was relatively easy. Even the pairing to the app was a breeze. I thought the heart rate band is included when I saw the ad initially but I guess it’s no longer part of the base product configuration. Not a big issue for me.
