Return Policy

This Refund Policy is an excerpt from our main Terms of Service.

Aihome 7-Day Return Policy

Aihome offers a 7-day return policy from the date of product receipt, allowing customers to request returns, replacements, or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Received: The received item differs from the one ordered.
  • Damage: The item is damaged upon receipt.
  • Defect: The item is defective or does not function according to the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.
Initiating a Return

To initiate a return under the Aihome 7-Day Return Policy:

  1. Visit the Aihome website to obtain proof of purchase.
  2. Contact Aihome via email at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  3. Provide Aihome with the serial number, order number, or invoice number.
Qualifications for Replacement or Refund

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The Aihome product must be unopened and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The serial number of the returned mobile device must match the originally sold Aihome product.
  • The returned product must be in good physical condition.
  • If multiple items were purchased, all items must be returned together.
Resolution Process

Once Aihome verifies eligibility, customers may choose:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes.

If a replacement is chosen, delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) working days after Aihome verifies the eligibility of the returned product. If the returned product is found ineligible and the buyer wishes to have it returned, all costs and expenses will be borne by the buyer.

Online Orders and Delivery
Delivery Policy

For online orders through our website within Malaysia, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product packaging. We utilize FMX courier service and aim to deliver all in-stock items within 5 working days.

Same-day Shipping and Deliveries

During office hours (11am – 6pm), same-day shipping is available, meaning products are prepared for collection or delivery using Lalamove. Customers can also arrange their own collection or delivery through a designated courier, bearing associated costs. Please notify Aihome Malaysia in advance to confirm stock availability and coordinate pickup arrangements.

Self-collection

Customers have the option to self-collect items at no charge from any of our outlets. Prior arrangement with Aihome Malaysia is required to ensure stock availability and streamline the pickup process.

Returns and Exchanges

We aim to facilitate hassle-free purchases for our customers. Please note the following conditions for product returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including any protective packaging used during delivery.
  • Returned products must be in clean, undamaged packaging fit for resale.
  • Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
  • Any promotional gifts or discounted products must be returned together if they were part of the promotion. If unable to be returned, the prevailing retail prices will apply.
  • Returns will not be accepted if products show signs of tampering, resealing, or manipulation, or if they are missing parts, components, manuals, stickers, or labels.
Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to Aihome Malaysia at:

V05-03-02, 3rd Floor, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

Please contact us before shipping returns to make necessary arrangements.

Accepted Returns

When Aihome Malaysia accepts a return, the customer will receive a credit note equivalent to the returned products’ monetary value, including any discounts or reductions in price. This credit note can be used towards a new order.

Rejected Returns

If Aihome Malaysia rejects a return, the product will be returned to the customer (Malaysia) free of charge.

Final Decision on Returns

Aihome Malaysia’s decision regarding returns is final and binding.

Order Issues

For issues such as damaged items, missing items, incorrect items received, or non-receipt of items, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter.

Product Problems

Our products are covered by a warranty or brand warranty against manufacturing defects. For issues not covered by warranty (e.g., setup difficulties), please reach out to us for assistance.

Refunds

We generally do not issue refunds except in special circumstances and at the sole discretion of Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn Bhd.
