Return Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is an integral part of the Aihome Terms of Service and applies to all products (“Products”) sold through the Aihome website operated by Artificial Intelligence Home Sdn. Bhd. trading as Aihome (“Aihome”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

1.1 Scope of Returns

Aihome provides a 7-day return window from the date you receive your Product. You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item: The Product delivered does not match the item ordered.
  • Damage: The Product is damaged upon delivery.
  • Defect: The Product is defective or does not function in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

1.2 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return under this Policy:

  • Proof of Purchase: Visit the Aihome website to locate your invoice or receipt.
  • Return Authorization (RA): Contact our Customer Support team by email at sales@aihome.com.my and provide the relevant order details (such as the serial number, order number, or invoice number). We will issue you a Return Authorization (“RA”) number along with detailed return instructions.

1.3 Eligibility Requirements

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Product must be in its original, unopened condition with all accompanying accessories, documentation, and original packaging intact.
  • The Product’s serial number must match the one originally assigned at the time of purchase.
  • The Product must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. If multiple items were purchased, all items must be returned together.
  • Any promotional items or discounts applied at the time of purchase must be returned or adjusted in accordance with our promotional terms.

1.4 Resolution Options

Upon verification of return eligibility, you may choose from the following:

  • Replacement: A replacement Product will be issued, subject to availability. If a replacement is requested, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
  • Refund: You may request a refund of the original purchase price (including applicable taxes). Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) working days following the verification of the returned Product.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect shipment (in which case Aihome will provide further instructions), all return shipping costs (return fare) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipping to the address specified by Aihome. If the Product is found to be ineligible and you request its return, you will bear all costs and expenses related to the return process.


2. Delivery, Self-Collection, and Order Issues

2.1 Online Orders and Delivery

  • Delivery Charges: For orders placed via our website within Malaysia, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. We utilize FMX courier service and aim to deliver all in-stock items within five (5) working days.
  • Same-Day Shipping: During office hours (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM), same-day shipping may be available using Lalamove, subject to stock availability. Please contact Aihome in advance if you wish to arrange same-day shipping or self-collection.
  • Self-Collection: You may opt to collect your orders free of charge from designated Aihome outlets. Prior arrangement is required to confirm stock availability and coordinate the pickup process.

2.2 Order Issues and Product Problems

  • Order Issues: In cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect items – or if you do not receive your order – please contact us immediately at sales@aihome.com.my so that we can promptly resolve the issue.
  • Warranty: Products may be covered by manufacturer’s warranties. For technical support or issues not covered by warranty, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

3. General Provisions

3.1 Final Decision

Aihome’s decision regarding any return, replacement, or refund is final and binding, subject to any applicable rights under Malaysian consumer law.

3.2 Modifications

Aihome reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Updated versions will be posted on our website; your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

3.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
