Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the retail team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
   • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
   • Ensure a high standard of customer service by setting and enforcing service standards.
   • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.
   • Monitor product availability and recommend replenishment strategies.
4. Visual Merchandising:
   • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing product displays.
   • Ensure that the retail space is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
5. Sales Support:
   • Provide support to the sales team, including handling escalated customer issues.
   • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.
6. Training and Development:
   • Conduct training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
   • Implement strategies to improve overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of current retail trends and customer preferences.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
